Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a hand-drawn adventure that trusts you to explore. You wander a fog-bound town, talk to its strange residents, and piece together what happened here through objects and half-remembered conversations. There's no combat — just curiosity.

The puzzles are logical and grounded in the story rather than dropped in as filler. We solved most by paying attention to what characters said, which felt genuinely rewarding. The atmosphere is the star: rain on cobblestones, a soundtrack that hums under everything.

It's a shorter experience, maybe five or six hours, but every one of them is deliberate. If you want an adventure you can savor rather than grind, this is an easy recommendation.
